About me

My path has taken me across continents, careers, and many human stories. I began in business school, earned an MBA, and built a career in tech. Life then brought me to the U.S., where I shifted from supporting companies to supporting people—first as a doula, then as a labor and delivery nurse.

Each step along the way, I met people in moments of joy, ambition, transition,  struggle, and transformation. And what struck me most was this: no matter where we come from or what we’re facing, everything starts from within. The way we know ourselves, the way we approach challenges, and the way we interpret reality shapes the quality of our lives more than any external circumstance ever could.

I’ve learned—through my own challenges as well as the many lives I’ve been privileged to witness—that true success and fulfillment come from self-discovery. When we uncover who we really are and let go of what no longer serves us, we create the freedom to pursue meaning and success on our own terms.

That’s why I became a life and spiritual coach. With great passion, I now help people step into deeper self-knowledge, release limiting patterns, and rewrite the story of who they are—so they can live with clarity, fulfillment, and confidence in the life they choose.

I am a certified life and spiritual coach by the Life Purpose Institute based in San Diego, California.
