Do I need to be “spiritual”?

Coaching vs. Talk Therapy

Coaching is future‑focused, action‑oriented, and designed to help you create change in the present. Talk therapy often explores past experiences and unresolved issues to promote healing. Coaching isn’t therapy and doesn’t treat mental health conditions. Both can be valuable—coaching is about moving you forward, while therapy is about understanding and resolving the past.

Simply put, talk therapy is like archaeology, while coaching is like architecture—building in the present.

How quickly will I see results?
